Day 1: Early morning drive Dushanbe -> Karatag valley(1500m) / start trek - 7-8 kms / -> 2200m / Camp 1 / L, D
Day 2: Trek to Pasmi-Kuhna over small pass - Sarbin (2700m) with optional hike to unknown peak 3500m, 6h / 10 km -> 2000m / Camp 2 / B, L, D
Day 3: One day radial hike-excursion around the spot to observe mountain "castles and towers" – the Neocen sediments and conglomerates / 6-7h / 10-12 km / Camp 3 / B, L, D
Day 4: Trek - ascent to Hazar-khona pass -> 2800m / 9-10 km / 6-7 h / B, L, D
Day 5: Ascent the pass -3000 m (available optional hike to 3250m mountain to observe the mountains around) / Camp 4 / B, L, D
Day 6: Trek to Timur-dara Lake / Camp 4 / B, L, D
Day 7: Descent along the Karatag River to village Hakimi (1600 m) / 13-14 km / 4-5 h / meeting vehicle, drive back Dushanbe (2 h) - end of the trip / B, D |
